Quote from kenneth thomas on April 14, 2025, 7:03 pmTry to make sure people know which three days you have two doctors so they adjust their schedules to that. Unfortunately two doctors every day is not really financially feasible until a clinic is somewhere over 700 members without causing that clinic to loose money regardless.

Quote from Cheynia Allen on April 20, 2025, 2:09 amLetting patients know the 3 days we have 2 doctors has been helpful to the patients that do not like to wait. It can still get tricky with the volume of new patients. Seems a lot come around the same time, but I feel as a staff we are doing the best we can to minimize wait times. Proud of our team overall! Let’s keep it growing and going guys!!!

Quote from Tyler Maxey on April 24, 2025, 4:43 pmScared money doesn't make money! It's not our position as associate docs to have any say-so whatsoever concerning office management. However, there are many patients that have to turn away and come back another time, or wait way too long for an adjustment, due to strictly high volume. I personally aim for no more than 5 minutes per patient and 20 minutes per new, if it can be helped, and hopefully less than that on a good day.
I think attrition is high as well because people are getting tired of not being able to be seen.

Quote from kenneth thomas on May 1, 2025, 3:15 pmI appreciate all this feedback and have recently added double coverage one more day over there. Double coverage every single day of the week, at this point, would mean that this location is operating well into the red every month, and wouldn't facilitate ongoing job opportunities for long....but we will do it when we can.
