Referrals
Quote from wcbrendaburgess@gmail.com on April 12, 2025, 6:42 pmI keep a couple of the $29 new patient referral cards in my wallet to hand out anytime I hear someone talking about giving chiropractic care a chance or mentioning back pain. Also, when a regular patient comes in for a 5th WP visit, I ask them if they know about the referral program and how to gain free referral visits. When going over the WP Summary, when it says visits do not roll over, I try to mention the fact that referral visit do roll over as long as the patient remains on a WP. Other than that, I really don't know how to increase referral opportunities and am open to suggestions.

The key is consistently asking happy people for referrals in the clinic

Quote from Catherine Garmon on April 15, 2025, 3:28 pmWe have a lot of new apartments and townhomes coming up in the area and have been able to chat with one so far and they are giving out the referral cards in there move in packets. I plan to take some stacks to a few of the other leasing offices around and ask them to do the same. Giving them to the businesses around us as well! I walked around and passed out stacks to 9 places today and hope to start seeing leads and pts coming in!
I really like the ideas that Brenda mentioned above and will start doing both of those as well!

Maybe even finding realtors who gift their clients with a gift basket after a purchase of a home and can include that- an easy and free way for them to gift someone with a chiro adjustment and plant it in their minds. I'm not sure how doable this would be, but if we were able to get businesses to pre-purchase a package of initial visits at a discounted rate even and then that could be an easier target for us getting patient's on wellness plans since their initial visit was gifted/ waived for them if that makes sense?
