Mooresville Victories and Challenges

Mooresville has many victories such as Dr. Joe, Dr. Ryan and Dr. Lilli who each bring their A-Game to the table at Mooresville which is why we see a steady growth in the clinic.

Having a second doctor at the clinic has increased the pt flow on those days and having a female doc is an added bonus for many patients.

The challenges we have always faced is lack of digital opportunities and low new patient count. The digital opportunity has been brought up with OTT and they are working on it. As for the increase in NP, I think some gorilla marketing will help tremendously.
