Mooresville - challenges and victories

A major "victory" at this location is the addition of Dr. Lilli as a regular team member.  She has excellent rapport with patients and an outstanding conversion rate.  Many time, the availability of a female doctor is an asset for certain cultural groups, and this may facilitate growth from that aspect as well.  Mooresville is a stable location with good staffing and effective team leadership.  Both Dr. Ryan and Dawn are legends with the customer base.

I can't think of any particular challenges at this location other than those that are familiar to every location.  I really am not sure how this location can be improved upon.
