The only concern with Mallard lately has been that the wait times are starting to increase especially when there is only one doctor working that day. There have been multiple occasions where wait times have been 30-40 minutes because so many people have come in at once or a couple NPs walk in, backing up the wait times for returning patients. We have had a couple of patients cancel because they have had to wait a long time every time. Other than that, no issues have came to my attention.

Mallard has double coverage more days, and lately, sees less patients that most other clinics with single coverage most days....so I am not sure how we can adjust for this unless we just do a good job managing the flow and their expectations
